The School of Taste
This immersive series of culinary workshops for young and old is a chance to dive deep into the sense of taste. Together we will learn about flavour images, how our tastes are shaped and thus understand how our food preferences are formed.
In this 4-hour workshop, you will be introduced to the concept of flavour profiles and learn how to apply these in your kitchen. Together we will acquire basic foundations of language around flavour, learn techniques of enhancing taste, as well as developing intuitive skills to bring out each seasonal palate onto your plates. You will never look at eating the same way again.

Forest Flavours
Join us on an immersive nature walk and dinner experience to discover the earthy qualities our forests entail. Uncover the aromatic qualities of the local plant kingdom and listen to the ancient stories they have offer to us. Together we will smell, forage and experience ancient and new tastes - all in an attempt remember our inherent connection to nature's bounty.

The event lasts from 3-8pm and includes a forage walk, wild cocktail making and a woodland dinner.

The Sensory Table
Once a month, we invite the public to join our woodland table, as we guide you through an 8-course tasting menu showcasing culinary creativity of wild and cultivated plants.
This memorable interactive dining experience is brought to life with the existing natural elements, unexpected edible table embellishments, a blind-folding taste testing exercise, and the live fire in order to give you a unique, multi-sensory evening of culinary delights.
