Our Projects

"I drink a second mouthful, in which I find nothing more than in the first, then a third, which gives me rather less than the second. It is time to stop; the potion is losing its magic. It is plain that the truth I am seeking lies not in the cup but in myself". Swann's Way, Marcel Proust

The School of Taste

Transform Your Palate: Join Our Immersive Culinary Experiences for a Taste of Nature.

This distinctive series of culinary workshops offers an opportunity to truly immerse yourself in the sense of taste. Together, we will explore flavour profiles, understand how our preferences are shaped, and gain insights into the formation of our food choices.

Together, we will build a foundational vocabulary surrounding flavour, discover techniques to enhance taste, and develop intuitive skills to elevate seasonal ingredients on your plate. This experience will forever change your perspective on eating. Participants will be introduced to the concept of flavour profiles and learn how to effectively apply these principles in their kitchens.

For our younger audience, we present a special series of woodland workshops. These hands-on and engaging sessions connect children to food, their natural surroundings, and one another. Our aim is to deepen their relationship with food, enhance their palette skills, and inspire them to become positive agents of change within their lives and communities.

Course booking links will be available in June 2025!

Together, we will smell, forage, and savour both ancient and contemporary flavours, all in a quest to reconnect with nature's rich offerings.
